It was on the 29th of August, kids from our school came to the school dressed in traditional attire and tied rakhi to each other celebrating the bond of love between siblings. The activity highlighted on helping children understand the story about the festival of Rakshabandhan. And also highlighting the significance of Rakshabandhan in our culture.

Under this activity, children  also made rakhis and tied it to plants. Children were enlightened regarding the importance of trees and were told to become protector of trees and thereby, taking a step against deforestation.

Our creative geniuses created beautiful rakhis and celebrated Rakshabandhan and learnt about of preserving the green mantle of the planet.
